Welcome to Laundry Lab. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided
Laundry Lab offers professional laundry and dry-cleaning services, including pickup and delivery within designated areas of Dubai. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance
  • Orders can be placed through our website or other customer service channels.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Laundry Lab. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
4. Pickup and Delivery
  • Pickup and delivery services are available within specified areas.
  • A minimum order value of AED 100 is required for free pickup and delivery, in order to maintain fair trade concept. Orders below this amount may incur additional charges.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that garments are ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
  • Changes to pickup or delivery times must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion of services.
  • We accept payments via electronic payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
6. Garment Care and Processing
  • Laundry Lab exercises utmost care in processing garments to avoid damage.
  • We follow care labels and industry-standard procedures.
  • However, we are not responsible for :
    a. Normal wear and tear, including fading, shrinkage, or stretching.
    b. Damage due to inherent weaknesses or defects in fabrics.
    c. Items without care labels or with incorrect care instructions.
    d. Loss of or damage to embellishments, buttons, or zippers.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
  • Customers must inspect garments upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
  • In the event of loss or damage, Laundry Lab’s liability is limited to: Up to ten (10) times the processing charge of the affected item.
  • A maximum aggregate liability of AED 2,000 per order.
  • Compensation will be provided as store credit or refunds, as applicable.
8. Personal Items
  • Customers are advised to check all garments for personal items before handing them over.
  • Laundry Lab is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in garments, such as jewelry, cash, or electronic devices.
9. Unclaimed Items
  • Processed garments not collected within 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at Laundry Lab’s discretion.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take up to 45 days.
  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
11. Promotions and Discounts
  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
  • Laundry Lab reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
  • We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Customer data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai.
14. Amendments
  • Laundry Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
