By accessing or using Laundry Lab’s services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1.2 Laundry Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

2. Service Description

2.1 Laundry Lab offers laundry and dry-cleaning services to customers within Dubai. Our services include washing, drying, folding, ironing, and dry-cleaning of clothing and textiles.

2.2 We strive to deliver high-quality service, but Laundry Lab does not guarantee the removal of all stains or damages that may occur during the laundry process. The customer accepts that some stains may be stubborn and not fully removable.

3. Booking and Orders

3.1 Customers can place orders through our website, WhatsApp, or customer service hotline. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the items to be laundered, and you have the authority to use our services for those items.

3.2 Laundry Lab reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion, including but not limited to orders containing hazardous materials or inappropriate items.

3.3 After placing an order, please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information regarding the items to be laundered, including any special instructions.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Laundry Lab’s pricing is based on the type and quantity of items to be laundered. The prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.2 All payments must be made in advance, either online or through our website. We accept various forms of electronic payment, including credit cards and digital wallets.

4.3 In the event of any additional charges or costs incurred during the service (e.g., for stain removal treatment), Laundry Lab will communicate the details to the customer for approval before proceeding.

5. Delivery and Pickup

5.1 Laundry Lab provides delivery and pickup services within specified areas in Dubai. Delivery and pickup times may vary and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, traffic conditions, or other factors.

5.2 The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup details. If the customer is not available during the scheduled delivery or pickup time, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

5.3 Laundry Lab will make every reasonable effort to deliver items on time, but we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

6.1 Laundry Lab takes utmost care in handling customers’ laundry items. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to an item while in our possession, Laundry Lab will compensate the customer based on the Dubai Economic Department’s standard compensation guidelines which states that a compensation of 10 times the processing charges of the related laundry item will be applied in case of damage or loss.

6.2 Customers must notify Laundry Lab of any loss or damage within 24 hours of receiving their laundry.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Customers may cancel an order before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after pickup may incur charges for services already rendered.

7.2 Refunds for cancelled orders or lost/damaged items will be issued using the original payment method.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items provided for laundering are safe for regular laundry processes. Items with special care instructions should be communicated to Laundry Lab in advance.

8.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup details and ensuring someone is available at the designated location during the scheduled time.

9. Data and Privacy

9.1 Laundry Lab respects customer privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
