How does Laundry Lab work?

It’s a simple two-step process. Once you have decided what laundry service is needed, simply WhatsApp us, call us, or fill out the online form to arrange free laundry collection at your preferred date and time. Laundry Lab’s driver will collect it, and then our garment expert will process the order and keep you informed at different stages of our unmatched service.

Garments: All-Inclusive Service

Exquisite laundry service for all your garment needs. All your garments will be dry cleaned or washed, and then pressed to perfection through ironing or steam pressing.

Garments: Ironing

Impeccable ironing service for all your garment needs. All your garments will be pressed to perfection through ironing or steam pressing.

Babies and Children

Specialized laundry service dedicated to babies and children’s needs. Laundry Lab uses exclusive children-friendly detergent and gives special attention to every item to ensure the utmost care for the little ones.

Shoes and Bags

Professional laundry service for all your sneakers and bag cleaning needs.

What do I do for my first order?

Just have your clothes ready. Pack them in a disposable bag. Our driver will transfer them to reusable Laundry Lab bags, which you can keep for your next order. 

What’s the turnaround time?

Garments: All-Inclusive Service or Ironing – 24-48 hours

Babies and Children: 2-3 days

Shoes and bags: Upto 3 days

Home Care: Upto 7 days

Do I have to be at home for collection and delivery?

This is not required. You can leave your bag of laundry outside your home by the door. You can also leave your items with your security or receptionist. Similarly, during delivery, if you are not at home, we can leave this at your door or the security office upon confirming this with you.

Do I need to count and sort my clothes by colour and type?

Not at all, our garment expert will share the list of clothes and sort out the items. 

Can I schedule my pick-up and delivery at different locations?

Yes, certainly. Let us know when you book the order and before the delivery is dispatched.

Can I reschedule a collection or delivery?

Yes, certainly. WhatsApp or call us to reschedule it at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been picked up.

Can I add extra items to my order when you collect it?

Yes, certainly.

Who chooses the cleaning method?

Laundry Lab’s garment experts will be choosing one of the cleaning services that is suitable for different types of fabrics. Our team is trained to carefully read each item’s care instructions and decide on a cleaning plan.

If you have special clothing or an expensive item, you can share the request through WhatsApp or a phone call, and we will make a special note of this request.

Can you remove stains?

Our garment specialist will use the best products and equipment to remove the stain. We cannot promise all stains will be removed, but our garment experts will be 100% transparent and share their feedback before proceeding. We do promise that we will do our best to remove stains and make your clothes look impeccable.

Do you clean wedding dresses?

Yes, we do. 

Can I provide my own detergent?

No, sorry. We exclusively utilize our own skin-safe, outstanding eco-detergents that have passed dermatological testing.

Are there any fabrics that you don’t clean?

We currently don’t process leather, or any pet items (such as beds and dog clothes).

What is the turnaround time for basic shoes or bags cleaning?

The current turnaround time for Basic Cleaning is upto three days.

Do you use machines to clean shoes and bags?

No shoes or bags are ever placed inside a washing machine. To offer your shoes and bags a second chance at life, Laundry Lab’s knowledgeable technicians employ specific wet washing and dry cleaning techniques.

Is there a minimum charge?

No, there is no minimum charge.

How will I know my bill amount?

An itemized receipt will be sent through WhatsApp or e-mail once your order has been received and inspected by our garment expert. We’ll proceed with confirmation of this receipt.

How do I pay?

Credit Card or cash on delivery, or we can send the payment link through WhatsApp.

What if an item goes missing?

If we are unable to locate where the item disappeared, we will refund you in accordance with our T&C’s after 5-7 days of internal investigation.

What if my item is damaged?

The internal investigation into how the item was damaged will take 5-7 days. We have means for fixing most losses, but in the event that we are at fault and are unable to do so, we will pay you in accordance with our T&Cs.

When is Laundry Lab liable for damages?

Laundry Lab is liable for damages when the damage happens due to the fault of garment expert, whether a human error or a process error. The amount can be transferred to your bank account.

How will I be compensated if my item is damaged by Laundry Lab?

Laundry Lab is liable up to 10x the cost of cleaning for any damages or missing items. This is the standard set by the DED (Dubai Economic Department).

What happens if I am not happy with cleaning result?

Please contact our customer service team if you are unhappy with the cleaning outcome for any reason, and they will make arrangements to have your clothes picked up, washed, and repressed at no additional cost.

What happens if I am not happy with ironing result?

Please contact our customer service team if you are unhappy with the ironing outcome for any reason, and they will make arrangements to have your clothes picked up, repressed at no additional cost.
